It is really a shame that Microsoft's support of their software is soooo
bad that users have to resort to dealing with Rich's nonsense in order to
get any real answers to their support questions.

I guess when you have a monopoly and $40+ billion of illegal profits in the
bank, you don't have to care about providing proper support for your
customers.
