ac> The following code returns different values with Borland, Microsoft and
ac> Watcom's compilers:

Well I was shocked.

ac> Results:

ac> Borland C++ for DOS 3.1      : 845762400
ac> DJGPP 2.0                    : 845712000
ac> EMX                          : 845748000
ac> Microsoft QuickC for DOS 2.5 : 845748000
ac> Watcom C/C++ for DOS 10.0    : 845712000

Then I thought that it might have been something to do with the timezone
offset. Sure engouth 48000-12000 = 10 hours. Get rid of the TZ
environment variable and the bottom 4 should return the same value. Ok, so
I don't have a theory for the first. BFN. Paul.
