Unclear. This sounds as if I make an outbound call, with a bad password, the 
other end will supply their password for me and I can record it?  I don't 
think that's how password negotiation even works. Means I can masquerade any 
address, call any node, and they'll send the password for the node I'm 
masquerading.
I do know that if I get an -inbound- call and they send the wrong password, 
it's recorded (Binkley).
I think it's just the wording above that's not clear.
