Uh Huh...  So I'll ask again... (see above question)
Are you emailing ? ftping ? doing searches ? or just playing games ?
(viewing graphic images or streaming vid ? X-rated chatting rooms ?)
Most of those things I mentioned can be automated to occur
at the least likely times that would cause a conflict, say
if your KNOW your boss is NOT going to be calling you between
10pm and 3am, then an event could be programmed to dialup and
transfer info or do searches and store the info for you to
sort through offline later in the day, then if you see something
interesting you can flag it to retrieve more data and that request
would be processed later that evening...
Anyway... That's my idea...  If it doesn't work for you, I'm sorry
(much of my jobs here are 'scheduled' and it works out just fine).
