Thanks to Bill Bond, there are a swag of new bug fixes and
enhancements in the latest MSQALPHA.  One of them was the
cut + paste problem in OS/2 which Bill reckoned went away
in Warp for unknown reasons.  Indeed, on closer inspection,
there was a 100-character buffer in MSGED.  Not exactly sure
why someone would design it like that, but it was anyway.

Also I have moved back to MSGAPI38 for DOS.  The bad news is
that you now have the old limit of 5000 messages/area back.
The good news is that replies in messages where you have set
a maximum limit have now been fixed.  BFN.  Paul.
