Because no one watched them. The trouble is that the only thing you have a vested interest in with regard to the Sci Fi Channel is whether it's programming that you consider worthwhile or appropriate for a channel claining to be devoted to science fiction. NBC-Universal doesn't see it that way. The only vested interest they have in the programming is what gets viewers. They would rather have crap shows that get a lot of viewers than excellent shows that no one watches. Hammer has increased the Sci Fi Channel's market share by leaps and bounds. That's what they hired her to do, so to them she's not only done her job, she's done it well. -- jayembee --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32* Origin: Derby City BBS - Louisville, KY - derbycitybbs.com (1:2320/100) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 14/250 300 34/999 90/1 120/228 123/500 132/500 134/10 140/1 SEEN-BY: 222/2 226/0 236/150 249/303 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1418 SEEN-BY: 266/1413 280/1027 320/119 393/68 396/45 633/0 104 260 267 690/682 734 SEEN-BY: 712/848 800/432 801/161 189 2222/700 2320/100 105 109 200 2905/0 @PATH: 2320/100 261/38 633/260 267 |
