At 4 p.m. today the court in TN lifted the injunction. Adoptees can apply to 
get their records in Tennessee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YEAH!!!!!! Judge John T. Nixon upheld the TN law opening adoption records.  
The judgement addressed three major issues:
1. This was not a court issue but a State issue.
2. The Plaintiff did not prove their statistics.
3. There would be harm to birth parents and adoptees 
   to continue the injunction holding back the new TN Adoption Act.
An appeal is expected but for now this is a big step in the right direction.
