We're not going to have a my NOS is better than your NOS discussion.  If you 
want to try and obtain similar performance for NT server, figure twice the 
amount of memory and 4 times the amount of CPU of a Netware server.
I heard an instructor explain the performance differences by stating NT has 
been thru 3 revisions (3.1, 3.51 and 4.0) while Netware has been thru at 
least 8 (2.x, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 4.0, 4.01, 4.02, 4.10, 4.11).
