Actually versions 0.9.1 and 0.9.2 can use either of the other versions
netfoss.dll file.. Unlike any previous versions.

But that does bring up an intresting point. The netfoss.dll is located
by Windows searching its %PATH% for it. If there are more then one
such file in the path'ed directories, Windows will choose the first one
it finds.  So assuming he uses the same dll file but the both versions
of the netfoss.com and netcom.exe, the problem is not in the dll
since one works. 

Ioram - could you see if using the old version of netcom.exe 0.9.1
with the newer netfoss.com and netfoss.dll 0.9.2 works?

Once we narrow it down to either netfoss.com or netcom.exe it should
be an easy fix, as most of the changes were in the dll.
