Ross, I suggest that you slow down and take time differences into
consideration. We are GMT+10 here. That puts us 17 hours ahead of California
time.

For the record, your new rules for this echo were automatically imported into
my BBS at 03:54:22 AM Saturday WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. I do have a right to
sleep, don't I?

My normal habit upon logging on to the BBS is to scan for new messages
addressed to me personally, and then to respond to them. Afterwards, I will
typically scan for all new messages, regardless of who they are addressed to.

I read and replied to Tom's message at 10:56:58 AM, our local time.

It was not until after that, almost one hour later, that I read the new echo
rules. Upon reading them, I immediately posted a response, directed to ALL, in
which I announced my personal decision concerning the new rules. This message
was posted at 11:53:41 AM, or as I said, almost an hour after responding to
Tom's message.

Your above message apparently was imported into my BBS while I was in the
process of writing my response to the new rules, because it is time stamped
11:53:41 AM.

Your bias against me is clearly evident by the fact that you assume Tom's
innocence, while at the same time, you automatically assume my guilt.

Again, being as your new rules were directed to ALL, they were NOT read by me
until AFTER I had already responded to Tom.

Once again you have demonstrated your double standard in this echo. If you
doubt what I am saying, then simply log onto my BBS and verify the import time
stamps for yourself.
