Friends,

I have HTICK set up and I am tossing to my Areas and Synchronet's utility
is importing the files in the
filebase.  Next question is how do I get it to announce the files in an
echo?  I see this command...

htick -c htick.cfg announce

But what does it generate for the announcement?
