 Where have you been hiding? It's been illegal to punish people
 for union organizing and membership for a very long time. They
 fact that republican administrations didn't punish those who did
 it does not change the fact that it is illegal.

 Which has zero to do with the discussion above. We used to
 assemble Japanese TVs for Sony in the Admiral plant I worked in
 just after I got out of the service. They were much better than
 most American TVs, but built by the same union labor. It was all
 a matter of Sony set quality standards and held to them.
