Randy,
Constitutional experts from both Seattle law schools say the decision is
wrongly decided and will be overturned. If we are to accept the judge's
reasoning (based on the interstate commerce clause), then the consumer
protection laws in this state are also unconstitutional.
One final thought -- the decision has no binding authority on any other court.
