that's not really the issue I was looking at. We moved to NT with NT 3.5,
that was the fileman/progman interface. Moving from that to NT4 GUI was a
major retraining effort for our employees. Their productivity dropped for a
while as they struggled to learn how to get around the new interface.

I think a big wig complaining that employees would have to spend hours
moving their appointments over to the new system is a valid complaint.
