There's a good chance that, in this guy's case, he may very well be innocent.


I seem to recall that this is the same guy who got arrested here many years
ago, got extradited to Israel, and put on trial for supposedly being `Ivan The
Terrible'!


And was acquitted by the Israeli Supreme Court, because someone else was
identified as `Ivan The Terrible'!


Now...they're dragging him out of the US and into another foreign court, with
new charges.


The guy is in his 90's! He can barely get around without help, who knows how
lucid his mind is anymore....


If this were happening in the US to someone who had been in the Weather
Underground......A federal judge somewhere would find a reason to toss it out
of court!


A person who was an urban terrorist who aided and abetted in the bombing of
public places around thirty or so years ago, and is today completely
unrepentant, gets made a college professor!


A guy in his nineties who can barely walk....who has already been dragged out
of the country to a foreign nation, and put on trial for his life once...now
gets dragged out to another foreign country to go through the same crap!


And by the way........this guy is in his nineties....how good could his mind
be? Which brings up a real big question:


How good could the minds of any `eye witnesses' that will testify against him
be?
