Chinian is right, "COMMAND$" in the IDE does not work but it does work once 
the program is compiled. I remember trying it with 3.0x and just tried it 
again with 3.1 and still no go... I'm running under OS/2 so that may have 
something to do with it not working for me. I do remember running under DOS 5 
with 3.0x and it didn't work then either.
The "COMMAND$" params can be set in the IDE  under the "RUN" pull 
own-window.
If there is something to set other then that, clue me in... :)
