I would estimate that your 2400 W amp can only sustain 1500 W in a worst case

4,000 Watts is a rate of energy transfer, not an amount of energy.  
Do the units Joule or Watt-second mean anything to you?  
Do you know what the ESR of the filter capacitors in that amp is, and what 
their capacity and no/full load rail voltages are?  
If you're interested in working with such electronics, and don't wish to be 
seen as an all too common BS artist, you might study some basic physics and 
electronics to understand fundamental concepts and units.
