Actually I buy a lot of "recycled" books from the Friends of the Library,
yard sales, etc. And I don't even know very many people that buy books
xcept
for "paperbacks". Now that I think about it, I don't know many people that
even _read_ books!
But my comment was more along the lines of "buying" "entertainment". Many
people would rather plunk down big bucks (not to mention monthly fees) to
have a sattelite dish installed so they can get 200 channels of mind-numbing
escapism than to set foot inside a library.
