No problem. That's why I use Spam Marshall.

I learned that when I used my primary email address when I first signed up
with PacBell's DSL, a few years ago. It became inundated with spam and
virus' to the extent that it was nearly unusable. PacBell wouldn't allow
you to change the primary, unless you wanted to be down, literally, for
two weeks. That meant that I'd be off line for too long. I check my
primary address these days, but never use it. I even had to filter Road
Runner so their advertising bounced.
