Hello All,

Binkd will listen on the fe80:: link local address when "listen [::]" or no
"listen]" is in the config.

But binkd will not accept a link local address in the listen command. It
accepts unique global addresses and also ULA addresses but not fe80:: adresses.

listen [2001:1c02:1100:d700:f1d0:2:280:5555] is accepted.
listen [fd51:550:40b9::215:60ff:fe52:213d] is accepted.
listen [fe80::215:60ff:fe52:213d] causes an error.

Is there a reason for this and if so what is the reason? Or is it just an
oversight?
