With the one exception -- as far as I can tell -- where federal cops raid a
Miami Cuban family's home in the early morning hour with fully automatic
weapons using a suspiciously obtained warrant in order to extract a child
not subject to any imminent physical danger and under debatable legal
authority and moral imperative to do so.

It does seem out of character for Rich to have taken this peculier position
and I am still at a loss to understand why he has done so.
