Good question... I dont see anything mentioned in Maartens
betanotes, but looking at the language file I see the IRC
prompts appear to be between prompts 674 and 708,
though not all of these prompts are IRC specific.

I suggest you try adjusting language prompts 678 and 678,
as these appear to be the ones setting the colors.
#678:  K[03[K[0B%sK[03]:
#679:  K[01(K[09%sK[01)

The K is actually a Ctrl-K, which followed by [ and a 2 digit
number set a color code, as defined in RA.DOC under the
"System Data Codes" and "Color Control Codes" sections.

If changing these 2 prompts does allow adjusting the colors,
please let me know what you find and I can add the info to
the IRC client FAQ.
