The web.

Porno with biblical verses mixed in? (you'd be sure to get a lot of eyes
looking at your pages)

Do they have such questions? What do most people think about anyhow?
How about some public inter-faith religious debate where people can come
and hear a debate about what is a human life or how to decide what are
moral actions?
Rich, its gotten to the point where most people haven't a clue what
Christianity is - including not a few people who call themselves
Christians.
Of course, you are probably trying to find people more locally. But, look,
if you had some sort of community web pages that would tend to attract
people from your area the web still might work.
Otherwise, if you want to meet people out there more directly in the
non-virtual world then you need to host some sort of entertainment
sufficiently enticing to get people to come to you.
