Have you tried turning your firewall off for a moment to see if that solves 
it?

Yeps,no difference

Now i did this:

Copied the bbs directory i used ( old bbs backup ) to my home computer
(version 10rc1) and tested it-> okay
Upgraded to latest binairies and tested it -> okay
And then !!!!  tested telnet out....and WORKING..?
Copied those binairies to the server, and tried it again...NOT working...

So, seems there is something in the configuration that's not right...
But I checked it 10 times already...config is perfect....
The only thing that's different is that in the old board I copied al the
config files to the node directories in a batfile...reason I don't know
anymore :-), maybe because I used to run the dos version with a frontend and
com/ip?

So I am backing the whole thing up now and am going to try something out :-)
Will post the results overhere.
