well Im no bird expert and dont have an opinion on water bottles etc.
but i agree 100% re if the bird is happy and healthy.
i once tried adopting a tiel that just wouldnt learn not to bite.
i tried something and the bird actually responded positively.
i got accused of cruelty despite taking the premise from well respected
authors and despite the bird liking it.
so i say if the bird reacts positively or is happy and healthy then go
ahead.
