subject: NAV 2002 problem

Sorry I haven't been writing lately. Been on vacation.
Today, 1/7, I ran LiveUpdate and there were 4 updates - LiveReg (2), NAV 2002,
and virus definitions. It started downloading, but it seem to have trouble.
downloading LiveReg updates. It downloaded part and then moved to NAV 2002 and
virus definitions. There came a point where I had to reboot. The system froze.
I waited a few minutes and then I turned the computer off and restarted. Now
when I go to LiveUpdate, the program locks up and so does my ISP. I have to
use Ctrl+Alt+Del to close the programs. I ran NAV and where is says virus
definitions, instead of the date, it says "Updating...". I
checked the virus
list under Reports and it shows that I have 1/7/2004 definitions. Has anyone
had this problem? Is there a another fix other that trying to uninstall and
then reinstall. I have even disable the Auto-Protect and then trying to run
LiveUpdate, but it is the same result.
