       First off, get a Soundblaster AWE64 Gold. That's a nice start to the 
chain. Secondly, what you need is Cakewalk Pro Audio 6.0. With that you can 
orchestrate MIDI instruments and add actual audio vocals, guitar, bass, 
drums, and whatever else you might want.
