We are getting a bit off the subject of EleBBS... so I will say that
I do recommend using TelSrv+NetFoss and that combination even
allows the DOS version of EleBBS to run over telnet.

I have the source code to Mannings TelSrv around here somewhere,
so if anyone is interested in messing with it let me know. The TelSrv
binaries are currently available from http://netfoss.com  It was actually
bundled with an old version of NetFoss.

Mannings later versions of TelSrv are called GameSrv, which is a bit
more work to configure and the mini-bbs portion is built into the same
exe. I heard he is working on a total rewrite.
