Hi Wilfred, >On 27 Jan 03 12:09, DENNIS SMITH wrote to RENE LAEDERACH: > about: "RE: Snoop InfoSystems see": DS>> Don Plesky shut down the Amiga BBS last year.:-\ It was DLG. >Well, maybe the bbs, but his fido system is still running... Atleast, >that is, I'm still receiving the north american nodelist section for >AmigaNet from him, every week. Yes, the zone gate is still open, but the WinServer is in control of that. His AmigaBBS was DLG. I started using it around 1998. I started using an Amiga around 1997. The AmigaBBS was very important to learning. I thank him for that! So, 2002 was the last year. Just not enough activity to justify it's existence. It's shame it disappeared into history with a lot of other good BBSs. I have an A2K with minimal config. for OS 3.9BB2. I've recently installed Thor and using it for QWK mail. This is first time using it. =:o Regards, Dennis P.S. (2:280/464) Umm, can you translate?
