I guess that depends on how they "harvest" the spare parts. For example:
Let's assume that I have ten clones and need a new heart. Do you think
medical "science" is going to kill off a clone just to get mne a new heart?
For example, even where there might be a spare kidney that would match
someone who needs one, I don't think we have degressed to the point where
medical people have killed someone off just to get it. Yes, there have been
_rampant_ _un_substantiated rumors that this has been done, but I don't
believe it.
