DOORWAY MODE is an ability of the terminal program the caller is using and is 
only effective if that terminal program supports it or VT-100 keyboard 
emulation.  And in order for that to work, Avatar or Ansi must be active in 
the terminal program when calling.  Clear as mud, right Glenn?  (-:
