Okay.. you could even distribute it with starwho if you want..  ? it's fairly 
straight forward. you run the exe with no params, it will display a short 
screen on how to use it. I called it 'DosWho' right now.. (it also mentions 
that it's for use with "Larry Monte's StarWho")
