If you two have not notices I say very very little, and if I do it is in
the way of generalities, I too have a very huge ego but I have learned to
check it at the door, at least I try to.

As a moderator I would rather you find a replacement before you leave it
makes life much easier, remember when Adrian left and the chaos that
ensued?  It was not pretty at all.
