Same with this reply from the default en_CA.utf8 machine.  I think we'll need 
to add another kludge to differentiate the two x86_64-pc-linux-gnu machines as 
I don't think it would be wise to alter the tearline, which is exactly the same 
for both the current, and probably future, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu machines.
