If this is working then there should be a MØØSGID kludge, which like the CHRS 
kludge, should be autodetected whenever there exists utf8 characters in a MSG 
... errrrr ... MØØSG that is.  It is the existance of utf8 characters that 
differentiate it from the usual boring ho-hum MSGs.

This is only a test.
