Hi Bill,

Load the standard OMNI driver from the warp install disk and then load the
CSF-16 patch disks.

This will fix the problem.  They are available from IBM BBS in Sydney
02-8998311, and probably elsewhere.

There are 2 disks (2 times 1.4 meg files) plus the corrective boot disks to 
install them.
