It means that the listing in the Echolist Database has been updated...and
will be announced in the Echolist Echo....it also means that you don't have
to update the listing for 6 months.

What that means is that as long as you keep the listing current, no one
else can register the tag.

And all of that means you get to send me large amounts of Fidobucks that I
can use to bribe various officials.

It's a very efficient system.
