AOL has a 888 number for surcharged x2 access (1-888-265-4736).  So do 
Compuserve, Mindspring and Net56+.  Neither AOL nor Compuserve is listing 
anything for K56Flex at this point in time.  Now that the K56Flex modems are 
finally starting to ship, I would expect this to change.
BTW, I have not tried the numbers for any of the 4 listed above myself.  The 
USR x2 page lists them as continental US only.
