the future is already here... i know of numerous folks with drinking
problems that have "blow'n'go" devices in their vehicles... these
are very similar to the breathalizers the gendarmes use... if the detected
alcohol level is below the legal limit, the vehicle can be started and
driven otherwise not...

before anyone can say something about getting someone else to blow in the
detector, that has also seemingly been worked out so that it only works for
those under these restrictions...

i don't have to worry about this so i don't know any more... only that i've
seen it live and in action...
