I got to ask this. Since the Commission who was to vote on that guy
who's supposed to head up the DOJ Civil Rights Department blocked his
nomination, how can the President still appoint him? There's gotta be
something wrong with the Law regarding that. It doesn't make since.
 However we talking about the Coward in Chief here who thinks he can do
anything. Can the Senate overwrite him on putting that guy (can't
remember his name) that's been appointed Asst. Attorney General or
something like that?
