I suggest you start by trying the current (June 2006) version which
you can download from http://pcmicro.com/elebbs/binaries.htm

If you still encounter the same issue, then try using telsrv.exe
(which came with the last complete archive, which was 0.09g)

Let me know if you see the issue in both of these versions.
Hopefully it may be already fixed in the current version, but if its
not then it should be added to the bug tracker list.
