subject: Why obsolete [hex] ?

Hi Mvan,

ML> Does anybody know why the [hex] token was made obsolete ?

From the Maximus V2 docs -

  [hex] - %x

This command is not needed by Maximus, and is included for
     OECC compatibility only.

I have no idea what OECC is/was but obviously its not needed. If you wish
to construct binary data then you can probably do that in MEX instead, MEX
is quite capable.

Cheers............pk.
