* EleBBS Support List Hi Mike, Lemming script really solved my problem! Thanks once more for your help! :) []'s, Ioram -----Mensagem original----- De: Mike Ehlert [mailto:mike{at}pcmicro.com] Enviada em: quarta-feira, 20 de setembro de 2006 02:00 Para: elebbs{at}thebbs.org Assunto: Re: EleBBS: Paging the SysOp * EleBBS Support List Hi Ioram, > I was using an external program for SysOp chatting at my > BBS, and decided to try EleChat script. EleChat does not handle any paging. EleBBS runs it after a sysop has been paged, or when a sysop presses Alt-C. If you run EleBBS without a pager script, it should look for a PAGE.RA file in your main EleBBS directory, otherwise it trys to send some beeps as I recall. But the Win32 version of EleBBS always had problems playing on an internal PC speaker.. I don't remember if it was changed to play on the sound card instead, or perhaps your PC internally redirects your PC speaker to your sound card? I think its better to use a pager script (like the lemming pager script) to play a .WAV or MP3 clip of a song.
