AF> -> NO what he meant was that a future version of Novell (Intranetware)

AF> Mike, 4.11 can use TCP/IP by applying NetWare/IP, which is
AF> part of the IntranetWare package. That gives it TCP/IP
AF> "out of the box", but not by default. The default protocol is still IPX.
I'd like to jumping in for just a moment.
Netware/IP can eliminate IPX from a network, but it does not provide
connectivity to generic IP workstations.
To use Netware/IP, the clients must be using one of Novell's supported client
stacks (VLM, Client 32 for Windows 95 or NT) and have IPX bound to IP.
With this step, IPX continues to be the protocol to the workstations.
