Windows Vista will not allow VDD's (Virtual DOS Driver's) to work,
so I know that NetFoss and other Windows based fossil drivers will
fail.  It seems that MS is killing off DOS support.

EleBBS/Win32 ran fine otherwise under Windows Vista beta 2,
but I have not tried it with RC1 yet.. MS said they have shipped my
RC1 DVD so it should arrive here soon.
