subject: Cellular phone cards

Hi George,
Here in the Capital Region of Upstate New York, there is a
company known as Cellular One, they offer a plain called Cell
123, it is a plain which is very user friendly, no obligation of
any kind you pay one fee and get a phone and a twenty five dollar
calling card to start with, once the card are used and the time
run out, you can buy new cards at cellular one or one of its
agents, this plain does have a few neg. or some less friendly
features, Cellular One charges .60 per day [taken out even if
you dont use the phone] (this fee is taken from your debted from
your card-each and every day) plus when you
make a call another .60 per minute is also debted from the card.
There is no free time after 6pm. or any other time. If you
fail to buy a card in three monthes you have to have your phone
re-programed with a new number, however remember the .60 charge
per day I was talking about, well if you card ran out of time
and you do not rush out and get
a new card [providing that you buy a new card within three
months you will not be charged the balance for the time, that
the phone had no card [time] on it...
But all this wont matter soon because PCS phones are coming
Cellular like the Standard phones on our desks are based on
analog. PCS is ALL digital, and much cheaper to use.
I know this because others & I have installed such a system working
for Lucent Tech. - http://www.lucent.com a spinoff off of AT&T
