I can't speak for the echomail distributors, but it appears that whoever
relisted it can be reached, although the secnd moderator listing is
"interesting".

I suspect that no one will step forward....they either don't care, or don;t
know about the echolisting.

Most likely they know so little they won't even thank the person that
relisted it for keeping the tag active.
