You have to understand that Rich is the infamous Richard Shupak of
Microsoft's Research and Disinformation department.  His job is to spread
as many lies as he can about Windows and the competition.  He loves his
job, and that is how he has become famous for his lies.

As far as his imbecilic use of HTML on a news server, it is just another
mark of the arrogance and stupidity of Microsoft in general.  They still
