rc> I have NORMAL.ASM in another window right now, and indeed it has
"ret
rc> 4". This means return [far], and discard 4 bytes (2 parameters) from the
rc> stack. Except no parameters were passed to it!
There is a paramater passed to it, and it is a far pointer. However
since the C calling convention is used, the caller will be responsible
for adjusting the stack.
rc> How often is _normalize called ?
Every single message displayed on the screen. Basically '\r' is
converted into '\n' and if ROT13 is required, it is done in
normalize too. Oh, and linefeeds are stripped too (before the CR
are converted of course). BFN. Paul.
