Hi Henk,
At this point, you would actually have to purchase a multi-user copy of
the product.
Note, if you are interested in working with the SAL macro language you
might be able to implement the file locking yourself.
The fOpen() function allows you to lock a file, you could use
this via the _ON_FIRST_EDIT_ hook to open a file in the appropriate
locking mode(s) after the editor has loaded the file.  You would then have
to hook _ON_SAVE_FILE_, _ON_FILE_QUIT_, etc. and handle closing, saving,
reopening the file as desired.

The purpose of the Supplement was mainly to point our users to places in
the help system that contained all of the information on 2.5.  We could
have done something larger, but: (a) it would have cost more, and made
the update more expensive, (b) it would have taken more time and delayed
shipping more than it already had been delayed.
